Zebrablinds4you is a premium blinds company based in Ontario, specializing in custom window coverings for residential and commercial spaces. When I started working with this brand, their Instagram presence was essentially at zero. There was no consistent content, no clear positioning, and no strategy behind their social media.

My Role

I was responsible for building the content direction and managing social media content. My work focused on creating a clear structure, improving visual communication, and developing content from the ground up. I worked on turning the account into a consistent and purpose-driven platform.

What I Did

I built a content strategy from scratch. I focused on three key directions: before-and-after transformations to create visual impact, simple product explanations to educate the audience, and trust-based content showing real projects and real results.

I created and managed short-form video content, including Reels, and introduced a consistent posting system. Every piece of content was designed with a purpose — to attract attention, build trust, and move potential clients closer to a decision.

Process

The process was focused on creating content that performs in a niche where visual engagement is limited. I developed content ideas that highlight transformation and product value while keeping the message simple and clear.

Content production and posting were structured to maintain consistency and reinforce brand positioning. Each piece of content was aligned with the goal of building trust and guiding potential clients toward inquiry.

Results

As a result, the account grew from zero to consistent organic performance. Monthly video reach stayed at a minimum of 50,000 views, which is a strong result for this niche. Some videos performed significantly higher, increasing visibility and brand awareness.

More importantly, Instagram became a working sales channel. The company started receiving direct inquiries from social media, and content played a key role in building trust with potential clients.
